It appears that your advertising is misleading. Your website advertising says that the product is a 32V Cordless Drill, yet different people have tested the battery and it is a 21 Volt battery. I like to buy goods from Banggood however, I don't like people trying to fool me. Do not treat your customers as though they are stupid. If a battery is 21 Volt then show it as such, if it is some other voltage show it. Don't try and mislead people or they won't buy from you.
