A l’insertion de la batterie il ne se passe rien. C'est normal.
Appui long de 3 a 5 secondes sur le petit bouton rouge au pied de la poignée.
Une des LED vertes s'allume alors et on entend un BIP qui confirme la mise sous tension du sécateur.
Maintenant on fait 2 a 4 appuis consécutifs rapides sur la gâchette et l'appareil passe en mode action, confirmé par double bip st ouverture de la lame. On est a présent prêts a travailler.
Un appui sur la gâchette ferme la lame, et coupe éventuellement la branche, puis quand on relâche, la lame se rouvre.
On peut sélectionner 4 amplitudes d'ouverture de la lame en fonction du diamètre des branches a couper. Pour cela on fait un ou plusieurs appuis brefs sur le petit bouton rouge ON-OFF prés des LEDs.
A chaque appui bref sur ce bouton le nombre de LEDs vertes allumées change, symbolisant l'un des 4 degrés d'ouverture au prochain pressé--relâché sur la gâchette; 1 LED = mini, 4 LEDs = maxi.
En fin de travail, pour que la lame reste fermée il suffit de garder la gâchette appuyée environ 6 secondes jusqu'au bip-bip confirmant que la lame ne se rouvrira plus en relâchant.
Il ne reste plus qu'a éteindre par un appui long sur le bouton rouge ON-OFF. La, pas de Bip mais la dernière LED verte s’éteint. On peut alors désassembler la batterie pour recharge ou stockage.

A pull on the trigger closes the blade, and eventually cuts the branch, then when released, the blade opens again.
4 widths of the blade can be selected depending on the diameter of the branches to be cut. To do this one or several short press on the small red ON-OFF button near the LEDs.

I tried it on thin branches up to about 2 cm, it worked satisfactorily. I will know the battery life after extended use. Thanks to the supplier
