It has 10 inches long chain with lubrication system, what is rear in this product category, it is important and useful. I measured the current during hard load (cutting wood), max. 45A I saw, it means the power is max. 900W. The shield is only a protection and has no switch off function as typically on chain saws. The adjustment of the chain is comfortable because you need only one 10 mm wrench which is attached. You need Makita compatible batteries, be careful after hard and long work, the better is to take off the battery pack from the chain saw and to let it cool down on a safe place. I know why I tell it, once I got a battery pack fired.
So it is the better chain saw with Makita batteries which I see on Banggood and others.
